Service Monster issues since last Friday

Yes we have called yes we have communicated. But since Friday( they changed servers again) we have had too hand write our schedules each morning. Also after a couple of hours it starts working ... Ironically after SM opens 10am central.
Am I the only one?

I haven't had that particular problem, but I have had problems. What I have seen is what would possibly be expected right after a turn over ... getting a message saying not all the content is "secure" and having to click to override that, and then having long pauses in the start up of the program, or when trying to post something. Of course, I called them and they walked me through fixing it ... twice ... on two different occasions they told me to do the same thing I did the first time. Each time, it temporarily fixed the problem, but it would do it again later. The last time was yesterday. I sent them a service request telling them what it was doing ... hanging up ... and the response I got was telling me to do (for a third time) what they had me do two times prior. I just logged off and logged back on and it started working again. I have had no problems today.

On a positive note, when it IS working, it seems MUCH faster.

All our monitoring data and the feedback from users has been extremely positive. So far, amazon crushes azure, but I'll get it another week before officially declaring victory.

that said, there are a few setting that you may need to complete. And be sure to use https NOT http.

if you are having issue call us! We can't fix what we don't know.
