Service Monster Mailings

Are you guys mailing to previous customers homes that have moved, died, etc.?

I get a few cards back every mailing and wonder if putting "current resident" on them and mailing to the new owner would be a waste of time?

I use that as an opportunity to update that particular customers data, or move them to the inactive list. I have never considered continuing to mail to that residence.

It does make you wonder though.
