Service Monster? O/O?

I've been planning on investing some of the money I'm getting for my business, and seems I've heard some good things about Service Monster. So those that use it, is it a good fit for your business? It looks great for multi-trucks, but how's about a single truck? Is it costing a lot of money to mail out reminder cards, and is it a good ROI then? Any other features worth while on it? The scheduler looks cool too.

For me (at 1 month) the jury's out on the cards, but you don't have to send those. The software is definitely worth it.

Man, hard to go over all the good things about it. Search Service Monster and you wil find plenty of threads here on MB.

Me? Best program I have ever used for Carpet Cleaning. The cards are $1.25 each but they keep the custys coming back.
