Service Monster Question?

I'm pretty new to Service Monster and about to do my first marketing campaign. Do any of you current Service Monster users find sending all the Thank you, 3 month, 6 month & 9 month cards to be beneficial? Or do you find some cards that work and the others not really worth spending the money?

Thank yous go out right away.

I will usually put a day or two between the other mailings.

6 and 12 month go out
3 and 9 month go out

Then the others.

If you don't have that many in you customer list, you can probably send them all at once.
