When I enter a new client and the referral source is an existing client it would be just swell if the referrer got an automated thank you card once the job has been completed, don't ya think?



Tom Meyer thinks this was his idea but due to his lousy legal advice he ain't getting any credit.

Does service monster actually review these suggestions and try to implement them? Just curious... It looks like a TON of people have made a TON of suggestions with NO response?

Yes they do Ben.


They will also be hosting a breakfast think tank at M6F for all current SMers to toss out and discuss new ideas.


MB is their greatest source of new clients.

They don't get on here much. I think they are a pretty small crew for what they do....hey that rhymed.
Anyway, I would rather them be hard at work keeping the program running than flogging their log on this board.

They take suggestions right on the program and I have suggested a few....I suggested few that I got from people on this board.

They are pretty good about getting back to me with a decision or explanation.

Great bunch of people at Principal Focus (Service Monster).
