I just like that it is geared towards carpet cleaners and the carpet cleaners customers.
I like the automatic stuff and the tracking.

Another cool thing is you can give limited access to your techs and they can print out there "Customer Packets" I think they are called. It has invoices and other stuff they may need.

Again, from any computer.
