Sewer loss expensive

Just finished up a sewer loss... 500 soft finished basement.. Removed all the contaminated flooring and baseboards.. Actually cleaned it all up and went to monitor the next day and it was backed up again so had to start all over... Anyway invoice rang up to around $3500.00 and customer thought that was expensive.... Crazy people

Sounds about average. Most of the ones we do are around that, and that is saving nothing. Gut, wash, clean and dry.

$6-$8 a sf is normal.....
of course it's expensive in their eyes.....

It's not expensive at all, most of ours are over the 4k range and we do about 4-5 a week
