Color sealing is a controversial subject as many cleaners push the service in an upsell fashion
when it is not really needed. In my opinion, color sealing should only be performed to correct
improper and mismatched grout color application from unprofessional tile setters and
handymen.

Color seal works best when applied to grout that has never been traditionally sealed or
saturated with oils or urine. For this reason, countertops and bathroom floors see the highest
failure rate when it comes to color seal performance.

Tell Markovitz that colorseal doesnt stick to oil saturated grout
That fact I had to say it wasn't polyurethane 4 times I don't think it will help.

I do like his contractor package with grout patch and bunch of color sealers.

But I'm to lazy to mess with it.

Can’t you goobers find rich people to clean for?

If an idiot like me can do it surely you actually talented cleaners can do it

For my business model it “ Boyle’s” down to this barrier of entry

“How soon can you schedule me?”

VS

“ how much to clean my greasy laden countertop

Guess which 92 scheduled jobs fit under which category 😂
