The whole point of before and after pics are to show the results of your cleaning system. Not all of your customers live in Alabama but those who don't will say, "if he can clean that mess, our slightly soiled floors should be easy".

You want to maintain slightly soiled items rather than trashed items. It's just better work.
The before photo doesn't look bad, and most people would live with that floor. The second photo shows it could be better and a lot of people will see their floor could be better and book what will be an easy cleaning for you.
If you show trashed floors, the person with light soil can see that, comparatively, their floor still looks great so doesn't need cleaning yet.
PS: If you show how you resurrect trashed items, you'll get customers that call only when things get trashed, and may expect the miracle in your photos.

How are you Marketing your pictures? ... got to be noticed...they sort mail over top the trash can...you better grab their attention fast....social media?.... they'll thumb right past you....so, if it's not a dramatic pic, then what's your message to get them to pause and give you notice?? ....$19.99 a room?

Dramatic doesn't have to be filthy. The picture needs to be something that people would stop and look at, sure, but it can be aspirational or just interesting.
