at those prices I would not have one...we are paying about $2.75ish..plus I do other things besides the carpet cleaning business and always buy cards so I can use fuel points and so most the time I can get a dollar off per gallon.... not to mention all the D.O.T crap they have to go through..it would not be worth it to me.....
Actually converting to American gallons it's been fluctuating between $5.40-$6.52 for regular.

just filled up Momma's ride a little while ago

$2.24

Like Jim, I take advantage of fuel perks.
(10 cents per every $50 spent on groceries and gift cards)

I have $2.20 in fuel perks right now .
That gives me 30 gallons of free gas

What makes gas in Canada so expensive?
taxes??

don't know much about commodity trading, but wouldn't the wholesale price and logistics of refined gas be the same for the Chevron station in Grand Forks ND as the Chevron a 100 miles north in Winnipeg?

Box trucks only work where the weather is mild.
Can't imagine someone in the northern states using one in the winter

Mainly taxes. In the area I live in they add not only federal and provincial sales taxes but also transit taxes so we can subsidize people who take the bus and carbon taxes so we can pay for our polluting ways. Usually $.50-$.60 per liter is assorted taxes. We Canadians just bend over and say please do it again.

Thanks! I see it uses engine coolant. I'm looking for more of a suburban/RV heater.
