Just signed up. You'd think they would have carpet cleaning under the "Industry" dropdown list.

I think it would be wise of Jim to spend 3 minutes on how to clean a olefin Lazyboy with a 802 wand.

Don't knock "floor-toolin" furniture if you haven't seen an expert do it.

Looking forward to Jim's class.

Will my techs who sat through your UPH class @ MF benefit from this class as well?

Only as a review Mike. I'm updating it and making it more webinar oriented than classroom oriented, but not much new information.

I changed my mind. The program in Nashville was really designed around testing tools in class, and this webinar can't do that.

I'm redoing the whole thing to give the latest information I've developed for upholstery cleaning, and going to introduce it here.

Thanks Jim I appreciate it. I could not make it to your class @ Mikeys, but looking forward to this one. Also, looking to go to your hands on course too, I believe we are about 2.5 hours from you.

Hey Bill Martins, get to Jim's class before you run into some fabric you might ruin. I hope everything is going well for you, Kevin L.

I will be there. I always hated doing upholstery. If there is anything I can teach my techs, I do it.

Great job and an excellent display of "grace under fire" by both Jim and Scott.

Thanks again,
Lee

Heard a couple of new things... it was OK!

I guess a real life class would be better....
