I'm trying to figure out how to get quickbooks to show me the total number of jobs and average ticket per job for a given time frame. It would seem like a fairly simple thing to do but I havn't figured it out yet.

Thanks

Joey,

Go to reports, then in the drop down select Transaction List By Customer. When the report opens up, select the dates you wish to use as your time frame and refresh. When the report comes back up, you can sort your jobs by total. I've been working with QB for a very long time, and not sure how to get it to figure an average total. I believe though that it can be done in sales reports. Either way, the info is there, it's just playing with it to figure it out.

Ask Quicken.

Send them an emal or phone them.

Might save you a lot of time and anguish.
