Six Month Cleaning

I am about to re-produce a 6 month cleaning video for other carpet cleaners to use and just wanted some feedback as to what I should include in the benefits of having six month cleanings. I am open to suggestions.

The concept behind this is so you can include a link to the video embeded on your site in your 6 month reminder e-mails to help convert more 6 month cleanings.

It’ a great idea, but I have had little success with 6 mo or 1 yr reminders. In this economy most of my customer wait tell they a thoroughly disgusted with their carpets.

Maybe they just need to be educated or reminded on how important regular cleaning is. I would think it would be worth the cost of an email to at least try? If anything it would help to keep you in their minds for referrals and or future services.

I like the indoor environment issue.
