I have never had 7 weeks off in 31 years of cleaning. I am going crazy sitting around. Phone is ringing every day. Going back slowly next week. If any of you can avoid having total knee replacement, do it.

My yard guy just had one of his replaced two months ago. He’s a big guy, looks tough, but he’s recovering like a sissy. It must be tough.
I have an apartment building manager who had both knees replaced. Before the operation she was using a walker. Now she runs up and down the stairs. Everyone heals differently. Listen to your body.

Diana’s had knee replaced. It was sure tough on me😬 I had to put her machine on the bed and put leg on it. I had to roll her to the stove so she could cook😬 It was awful! Then
after that, she had rotator cuff surgery, and same thing🤷🏼‍♂️

Can you go out of town somewhere for a few weeks to get your mind off of thinking about your business? I found that when I'm not at home, I don't feel like I have to be working because my home is my main "office".

Best thing for you. Your knee will be brand knew.
Drop the crazy thoughts. Just drop them from your mind. Stay in the present not on the crazy thoughts. DROP THE CRAZY THOUGHTS. Its that simple.

Had hip replacement a while back. Best thing ever happen. Like a brand new guy. Agility like am 19 again. I enjoyed the time-off healing.

I would love to drop crazy thoughts, but my knick name is " crazy" . Plus we are having a winter from hell. 27 inches of snow on the ground and 8-12 coming next week. It has only been above 32 here three times in two months. Plus releasing my van, can't afford a new butler. All will great again soon.

You know I was BS ing about Diana’s knee replacement. I wasn’t about the leg machine.
I told the truth about that. We bought an ice machine that I would manage, you know. She used a walker for a while and taking her to therapy and managing that was a Pita. But we got her well. She needs the other done, but she’s not interested. That’s why I tell guys, don’t drive em too long! I did🥲 She actually used her walker
herself to cook, I didn’t have anything to do with it😂
