What would you do to remedy this?
The contractor left blue tape for a week. When they pulled it out it took some of the topical with it. The topical on all of the floor needs to be restored. If the area (foyer) gets stripped and resealed I think it would be noticeable due to that there is adjacent rooms.
I was thinking of putting a topical on the areas affected with a sponge and see if it blends. No guarantee. Next step would be to strip and seal the foyer but, seeing how the old coating is fairly fragile, how do I go about not having the same thing happen on the edges?.
Foyer in front, kitchen in back, dinning to the top right
thanks,
Albert
