small leak on my solution by-pass valve

Got a small leak coming from the black solution by pass valve on my AT. It started getting cold here about 2 weeks ago and it is getting worse. I took the handle off but didn't see anything. Do I have to take it apart from the back and replace an o-ring?? Anyone else have this when it gets cold?

right by the flow meter, black "arrow" looking nob, just above the flow valve. It didn't do it today. Small, nagging issue really.

Is it the chemical prime valve? Try cranking the packing nut 1/16
