pet pad underneath but the answer is yes, I did the Todd method, it was treated and water clawed but be careful if there is pet pad

customer had treated some spots that I couldn't find with LED light but she is ultra sensitive about smells

it is the ultraviolet LED light that Interlink sells but if you buy one look for it at the private investigation web sites

a lot cheaper for the same light
