So how as your winter??

Mine was really painless. Not a lot of cold or snow. Pretty consistent (for winter) work. I don't do a whole lot of advertising and so far it has been pretty good and really picking up early. I would say I might be 40-50% of summer. What say you?

Cold early but just a couple nasty ice storms and two light snow storms. The rest has been unseasonably warm. 70 and sunshine yesterday and today.

Oh man, don't ask...... It was super cold over here and still is..... The past 2 nights I had to put socks on and not sleep with the a/c on.... Our low's for the past 2 nights were 65°... Day times were 78-80° with 27mph winds.... Soopa chilly.....

This winter was the best so far. February numbers were as good as spring months.
New equipment = good attitude. Good attitude = better customer service. Happy customers tell their friends.

We had the slowest winter we've ever had business wise. Really scary on top of all of the medical stuff.
Weather wise it wasn't that bad. Our spring seems to be coming early though and all of a sudden the phone is ringing and I am booking up nicely! Just in time now that I have help!

Jan was kind of mild, zero water jobs and still up 37% Feb mild weather about -2% down. March so far up 67% commercial requests have gone wild.
Down note, we have lost some restaurant accts to Janitorial contracts and a couple to national chains. Working on trying to land those bids again however I must admit it's been nice to focus more on resi and get some more sleep!

We are almost through working off the new windows in the front and are getting ready to order the large picture window.

We went to a local home center shopping last year and the place was filthy. Struck a deal so all we pay is installation in exchange for cleaning.
They have seven locations but we have only been to two so far on a monthly basis. Looking to clean the other locations to speed things up.

Cleaned the owners house and some of the managements too.
