I know you never said that. I was taking your advice to leave the wand sealed and my shoulder paid the price. On the other hand, my prochem titanium, has been great to my shoulderI never said to lift/burp the wand.. I love the seal..

It seems they're trying to get me to give a flat price per room, even if the rooms are different sizes
there will always be push back on prices going up, especially as you and your service is an unknown to themand received some push back from them about the pricing.
Unless there's communication otherwise, that's not what it seems like to me.

Just quote $x for single, $y for double and $z for suites
don't make rocket science out of it.

I did give them the prices in my reply from that message. I told them the reason I price per floor instead of per room, and I also included the room prices in that reply.
