And that's it. Nothing. Almost two weeks later I got dick. For christs sake, for 65.00 bucks shipping, I thought it would drop into my lap 10 minutes after ordering. I called last week, left a message and as expected, no reply. Am I out of order? BTW- Cost me 5 bills.

Odd. We ordered one recently (2 months ago if that) and it came quickly. Responsive customer service. We love it.

Hope all is well with them and no family emergency is why you are having issues.

Doug, Call and cancel your order and buy a cdv box, then you can entertain your customers with them being able to see the crap coming out of their carpets.

Why don't you butt the f**k out, Fred.
Really. Two weeks no response. Now we're entering Kenharrisville. I'd be freaking. Happy Halloween Doug.

Tom's a good guy...
Just not real speedy in the shipping dept....

Took 8-10 days before mine arrived
After a week I PM'd him.
He said, " blah blah blah"

.It came a few days after that
That was a year or two ago. ..

Did you notice Olson threw a holler at him on one of the recent threads?
He needs his chit too apparently. ..

Tom might need to work on that part of his biz. ..maybe a little more focus there and a little less on geekmaxing gadgets ....

I noticed a considerable difference in performance on my new devastator compared to the old one from 5 years ago. I dont know the science behind it, but the pantyhose fill up much further now, they never break and the airflow is louder ATW.

He's a carpet cleaner just like you and I. Busy and overwhelmed I'm sure. He's a good guy though.
That's a fooking COPOUT!! Not an excuse. At least admit you "Dropped the Ball". I know "I" would. Let's all notice Tom Conway has not chimed in. Good guy or not.

Doug,
I have to say this is not completely our fault, we have TORR Industries, make our filter for us, Torr just bought there own building and is in the process of moving the Fabrication shop.
We thought that we had enough filters pre-made for this move...well we were wrong. I am sorry for this delay but there is nothing I can do believe me my gut is in KNOTS ALSO...the last thing I want to do is delay your guys orders.
This is no small task to move a fab shop every piece of machinery had to be loaded on semis to move them, and they have had there hands full. One of the spin machines snaped the straps and crashed to the ground @ 4 tons worth and it was damaged.
Tim is a wreck also...He has MUCH bigger clients growing with frustration also.
Doug, BOTH Tim and I care greatly about our customers and we are both on the pot much more these last two weeks do to irratable gut bubbles. It is very gut wrenching when YOU KNOW customers are getting upset and there is nothing you can do but to keep working forward and just hope that some understanding well be given.
I knew this was going to be a HUGE undertaking but I had no idea what was going to be involved with moving this equipment, and once it is moved you just cant give it a little nudge to put it in place..forklifts are everywhere....they have been working all day on just getting the laser cutter set and leveled, still need to run the massive power wires to it...and hope it came through the move okay.
I honestly have no clue what Tim is dropping out of his pocket to move his shop to this new location but it has to be a ton of money.
We all want it done and done last week already, Tim is chomping at the bit, about the new wand, and time is ticking away....We have a booth at ICE....I know it's ICE but still we are hoping all of this gets done as soon as possible.
The next few filters are being done with smaller machines and tools, same quality just takes 3 or 4 times longer to do, but it is all we can do right now. Tim is loosing money on every filter right now, but he is doing it because he cares about OUR customers, as much as we do......but believe me he has gotten greyer haired every day.

Don't you find the pantyhose ride up your ass something fierce and get really itchy when you sweat? I get the same thing with thongs.

I think most will be understanding Tom, but you might advise them to an extended time frame when this sort of thing happens.

Just ordered a rifle and they were upfront and told us it would be at least six weeks for all of the custom work to be done and shipped to me.

This way No one is confused waiting for something that is not coming soon.
