Jim;

Odin has the right Idea.

I'll post some advance pictures of the....

brand new 2009 prototype tomorrow....

Jim, you WILL like the heat capability.

It does require a box truck.

Larry

P.S. James - I have a carbureted Nissan 4-cyl. with a #5 blower sitting on my showroom floor.

AIR POWERED ENGINE

With a Bio-Diesel/Electric Air compressor to keep it charged.

Spinning a Roots 47 at 4000 rpm, with max flow in/out, going to a ROUND tank - with no baffles.

I think it would suck like a 2 dollar.... wHortex

I would take a co gmc with a low profile custom box to Judson and let him have his way.

Direct drive, remote control, remote line hook-ups on the rear and side, plenty of fresh water holding capacity, big waste tank (tall & thin). Clear top like the ups trucks, plenty of lighting inside and out.

Let's see: Chemspec TM

1. Nissan Carbureted Engine - reliability

2. #59 Blower with spline shaft coupling

3. General Pump

4. Water-to-Water Heat Exchanger- time proven design

5. Exhaust to Water Heat Exchanger -SS Diverter

6. 4" Plumbing out of blower (greenie's favorite)

7. Hypro Clutch- Drive Pump-Out

Which component is not 1st Quality?

At least, it wasn't built in Calif.

Turbine Powered TM

Greenie should like the high flow plumbing on this one.

Chrome-plated starting system.

My next truckmount when and if i get a helper to dual wand with. 38hp air cooled Kohler, overdriven 56 tri-lobe blower with 4" plumbing in and out, Stoddard silencer, General Pump 5 gallon per minute pump, Exhaust heat exchanger OR 4ht propane heater, Mytee waste tank, 300 ft electric hose reel, 2 -14" 1.5" green glided wands, Long wheel base Chevy van. Of course I CAN build it myself but I would rather Santa Claus bring me one some Christmas. :D

What is that?
I see a power inverter, and some serial ports like an old monitor hookup?
The part marked HX, how does that serve as an exchanger?

Is that Aluminum that it's all bolted down to?

What is up with the transfer pump?

Ashley;

Horsepower is 50-60 dependant on fuel flow.

Blower is centrifugal just like a turbocharger.

Larry

P.S. Jay - I like your specs, but you don't want a Tri-Lobe (less CFM)

A Judson TNT, and tell Les to build it as if he was building it for himself.
You guys are something more power, more horses.
Remember were cleaning a peice of nylon 1/8of a in. long how much more power do you need.
It's like trying to catch a mouse and using a Laws Rocket.

Its not so much power for me. I just want a reliable powerplant that will last 10 years. Thats why I always liked the Nissan Prochems. Has anyone ever had to do anything other than change the oil in one of these? I only tuned one up once. They jut loaf along at 2500 revs or so depending on themachine theyre in and run forever, 10,000 +++ hours.

With unlimited resources, I would buy Jeff from Greenglides, and take him down to the Vortex factory with me.

I'm sure if I got Rothschild rich I could purchase a human being against their will.
