From a Branding perspective.

Phone Calls? Mailings? Social Media? Sales Offers? Face to Face?
We, like most probably, don't do enough or really don't have a plan or even know where to start.
We advertise when slow, when in reality we should be doing it contiually.
Anyone feel like sharing?

I think you're talking more about marketing rather than branding Ron. Branding is more about your image, who you are as a company. I'm probably a lot like you. I have a lot of business that comes from 30 years of repeat customers. I only advertise when it slows down and then mainly on the internet. I have a tech lady I call to update my website, reoptimize it as well as my google listings. It helps. I don't do flyers or newspapers anymore. I do cold calling on commercial accounts.

If I remember correctly...my record was 38
Jobs booked in one day...10 AM to about 7 PM......I would reward mysef a 10 min break
After I got a job.......I hated it! AND any cold jobs that called .....I NAILED

I've been doing this so long that now the daughters are my customers. Just did a job for a 25 year old lady who remembers me cleaning her mom's house. I remember her too. She used to follow me around asking questions one after another.
