No...That's not what you need Nate. You need an air scrubber attachment for that Triad ...

Laura I spent the afternoon cleaning and I have a gripe about Prochems spotting bottles. The opening is too big, Protein spotter, Power Solvent pour too fast and too much. Fix it! Fix it now!

Is it fixed? :winky:

Seriously are the spotters have the same issue. We're not squirting ketchup, we just need a little more control than that!

Back on topic...... I went to the website and tried to order some of their stuff. I can't even see the products unless I sign up. So I went to sign up....but it won't let me sign up until I call them on the phone to get a "passcode". So why make it so twisted? Why not let us see the products for sale and order what we want? Why do we have to become members and why do we need to have a phone conversation to become a member?

I could have been done ordering a couple of buckets of stuff by now, if not for this twisted 'members only' deal....anyways..

What type of top would you prefer? Also, are you making two complaints, one in regard to quart tops and then pint tops? Please clarify :) Only because I am slightly confused about your ketchup analogy. My ketchup bottles take quite the squeeze before anything comes out and it is quite controlled. But maybe we use different brands of ketchup...

Yes for both.

Now I realize the more chems we waist the better for you. Someday there will be a little Laura and she will need "new shoes." While I don't mind buying them for her, it would be damn cheaper for me to just buy them out right and not give the German's their cut. ;)

Here is a picture of three pints and a quart. One of them has a small opening which is ok. The other three products have huge gushers to flow solution out. While it maybe ok on carpet (still a waste of products) its awful when cleaning upholstery. Very little control.

FIX it!. :winky:

Seriously thanks for listening!

Laura tends to get things done faster out there than anyone Richard, but with the understanding that there are a lot of bottles likely in stock and on order with labels on them and matching caps, here are a few thoughts, meant kindly, not with the usual sarcasm you are subject to here:

1. Protein spotter is usually better applied with a trigger sprayer. If you have to put just a "drip or drop" on a small specific area, I'd apply it with a q-tip or eyedropper. On upholstery that particular product needs to be "feathered in" and not applied in one specific spot, as it tends to pull a little bit of color from many fabrics, including nylon. Thus a light over spray beats a "squirt, agitate, and blot" approach.

2. Power Solvent is better applied by putting the solvent onto a towel, then blotting. Direct application to the spot of most liquid solvents can create damage to a variety of synthetic backings or flocked material.

In that particular kit, I probably would only apply the Pro Spotter, Rust Remover, and Citrus Gel directly from the bottle to the carpet surface. In that case, only Pro Spotter is a free flowing product. I can see the value of less flow from the lid with it.

Sorry to be so pedantic Richared. Its an illness of the mind I am hoping one day that can be cured. I surely know my poor employees and family wish there was already a cure, other than ignoring me :)

I resorted to a towel after making several blobs of spotter on the fabric and then needing to flush it out. Its and issue Dan has complained to me about before. He will spot a rug and then complain about the lack of control. He even asked me to buy new caps with flip tops for better control when spotting.

Give Dan my answer if you like Richard.

I really don't like "flood and flush" spotting on rugs

Today I'm working on some homes where the cleaning method is vlm padding and I was reminded.... Where is carbolady? I wanted to try out their super chemdryish solution..... Did she decided not to advertise here?
I'm here! Or rather, I'm back! I've had several crazy months, not quite padded cell variety (ha!) but things have gotten a little intense so I just took care of business. Btw, thanks for caring. ;)

I hope to have a banner ready to upload in the next few days. My daughter is my webmaster and she has had a few crises to deal with (part of my crazy - but mostly good - world). I didn't want anyone to think I was just using the forums to market without "paying my way", so to speak, so I stayed off until I was ready to tackle things again.

I will be watching ... so be good! Yeah, that's gonna open a Pandora's box!

I need a case of your best juice (for carpet cleaning... you pervs). Can it be ordered without the whole secret code-signup-call on the phone deal?

All I need is a credit card number and an address....Wait! Let me clarify! :eekk:

We package the powder in foil packets (to keep it from prematurely reacting to moisture) and generally in either 4 gallon or 5 gallon quantities (if you use a four gallon sprayer or five, for example). If you use a two gallon sprayer, then one packet will fill two of them. Each case will make 100 gallons of cleaner and costs $110 (we pay shipping in the continental US). If you need it packaged in a different quantity, just let me know and we can adjust as needed.

You can call to place an order (580-223-2421) or you can just send an email (ebbco2@gmail.com) and you can avoid the secret code on the website. ;)
