Is anyone using this? It looks like it does everything SM does but it fully accessible with all mobile devices. Tech's can close out the tickets and email an invoice right from the job. Owners can see in real time what the numbers are running for that day. I am thinking of switching since SM is not able to keep up with technology and make their program fully available with mobile devices. It also sends automatic job confirmations emails and reminders.
