Is anyone using this? It looks like it does everything SM does but it fully accessible with all mobile devices. Tech's can close out the tickets and email an invoice right from the job. Owners can see in real time what the numbers are running for that day. I am thinking of switching since SM is not able to keep up with technology and make their program fully available with mobile devices. It also sends automatic job confirmations emails and reminders.

We use this software. It is only set up for use on an IPhone currently. I have heard that the Android version is in the works, but not sure when it's coming out. It works well and as advertised.

Is This a HP product or is he selling it 3rd party?

It is the same price as service monster, unless you want the good features like upload data to quickbooks, you will pay more.
