Had a first timer yesterday who's dog had the runs through out 3 rooms.
This happened last Saturday night so on the Sunday, they rented a machine and got it looking just about perfect.

He's a mechanic for a larger rancher here, she is busy photographer, specializing in high school photos and portraits. 3 kids in college, late model vehicles, renters, worn out upholstery that they're embarrassed about but the kids suck up all their extra cash.

Yet they still had $300 on a card to spend to get the carpet back to barefoot status.

They researched me to death. No one passers or Padders were getting through the gate....

I don’t care what kinds of cars they drive
You’re a first class snob
Mikey is simple encouraging us to "reach for the stars" and increase our prices.
He makes more money in less time and less effort then probably any of us carpet cleaners.
@Radar Foster and @sOOper hero might make more with their other endeavors due to the preferred tax status of how they make their living.

Switching to near O/O status has enabled me to deliver a higher level of VIP service and be more confident with my pricing.
It helps not to GAS if my schedule is full or not--because for now it will be full with very little advertising effort.
People in the rich part of town are referring me to "The Rug Whisper", a term I've never used in advertising.

I just have difficultly in dealing with some of their mental OCD issues. "Saigerizing" my business has helped. :winky:

boy aint that the truth.

my midlife crisis has me donating massive hours and efforts to a carnivorous clown, eating some real funky shit, sleeping in the spare bedroom, packing heat most everywhere, helping those that dont want it, listening to techno pop, being far more tolerant of idiots and you know what?

of course not, you have a soap daddy jug so far up your ass, everything is a negative in your life.

Cheer up buttercup.
I choose to think he does it for entertainment purposes.
I have sympathy for him because he runs a business in the poorest state of the nation.

We are all wrong.
Louisiana, Mississippi, new mexico, west virginia, then Alabama.

Louisiana could be wealthier-- but their politicians sell out their citizens in favor of the corporations.
