That's what most of the houses we were looking at looked like. :shock:

Sometimes it pays to pay more I guess....But the higher priced nice houses were really big... and we didn't want big.

Really weird.... In CA you could by a modest 2500 sqft house but it was super nice... Even at 10 years old.


I was surprised.
