I had a guy who's been difficult and odd in the past yesterday to complain about his slot
Glide for his Mach 15 wand he says it oftentimes fills up with fibers and he has to take it off to unplug it.
Based on his region I would guesstimate he's cleaning mostly polyester and he confirmed that he does not pre vacuum citing the typically "they won't pay for that" excuse
I told him I sell thousands of that same design on many wands but he was adamant that I should make him a special wide Glide for the fact that he doesn't want to vacuum.
When I told them that wasn't going to happe, he got very hostile and started throwing out insults.
The extra odd ducks don't like to hear that a Glide makes you clean correctly.
After reviewing his website you would think he was individually hand massaging every fiber and spending hours per room delivering his extraordinary results..
