Any more news on this system? I've been trying to get some info, called monday and wednesday and left messages but haven't heard back yet, maybe the're busy and haven't gotten to me yet which is fine, just wondering if they are getting my messages.

I would like to know price, vac system, pump or water pressure, how many feet of hose can the pump out system handle and how easy is it to connect, if possible, an upholstery tool or wand to clean stairs or areas the machine can't get into.
