Something wrong with my hydro force?

I roll with a 3ht LG heater and when I start prespraying after a few minutes, the HF is just spitting out steam with little to no prespray. It does it with my wand sometimes to, but not as bad.

From what I see the HF is working fine.

You're not supposed to use too much heat with an HF.

Brian is right, there are not designed to work with high heat. The dema valve won't draw chemical and you'll just spray water. you'll need to dial down your heat for it to function correctly.

Wow I never knew that, I used a HF with a salsa CDS and never had this problem.

Sounds like I may of blown the dema valve?

Is there a high heat HF? I really dont want to waste the time turning down my heater, I only prespray a few rooms ahead of me.

Straight from the water spiggot for pressure and clear water....you can use an inline heater if it means that much to you.

I use this for backup if there is not a hose spiggot close enough

I use pressure washer type QCs to keep the flow "open"...Home depot or lowes

Same pressure washer QCs here for the same reason

No high heat version, I doubt it's ruined.

Mostly likely the steam was just not allowing the venturi action, once it cools down I think you'd be fine.
