Same situation as a few weeks back. Strange that it was within the same neighborhood as the last job like this a few weeks back. Little ole lady passed away. Heirs selling the home and were horrified after pulling out the area wool rug. Padding down on the floor for 30yrs.

Not often does one get away from me. This catch got away. Couldnt budge it worth anything. Tried it all. In the end, sand it down to the wood.
Packed my bags and counted my loses.

Dudes...hold on to your spotter bottles. These jobs are a specialty that I get calls from high end broker$. They require more then water and certainly more then a squirt from a spotter bottle.

The thing here is simple. When you are known to get the job done to a selective few, you get the call and get to charge a premium. As a bonus I get to eat ribeye instead of McCheeseburger for a day...or two. Tonight I’m eating McCheeseburger. Yum.
