Hows the cleaning there? very saturated? customers cheap or generous? Is anyone selling a truckmount and van around that area?

Every city is saturated with cleaners. You have to be confident that you can outlast the constant churn for the three years it takes to be established with repeat customers.

Spokane is a pretty nice place to live and raise a family, a mid to low mid income city overall with small pockets of money. It's a nexus for farmers and ranchers, and has some of the best and cheapest golf courses anywhere. Snows in the winter though, ick.

We love it here. In CDA in idaho there are 60-70 cleaners. Spokane, 2-300. Real players? 10-20

wow, CDA is absolutely beatiful. I actually considered moving there once. I cant believe there are that many cleaners.
