Is that like expecting my carpet to stay clean forever, just because you cleaned it?
That is true. As I said early on, my customers expected it and some bought their own equipment to help with cost. My cost was reasonable to them. I made a lot of money, not because of hawking, but because of frequency. No one wanted to spray on Friday nights, Wednesday nights, and Sunday nights. We sprayed 7 days a week.
Most businesses prefer to hire a pro even though their staff could easily handle the task. For the optics and liability they would rather pay than keep it inhouse. That is true. We had an apartment complex hire Genny to spray door knobs and intercom 3 days a week at the beginning then cut back to two till a few weeks ago.It was funny. All of my churches have rent houses. All of them. Someone would get Covid in them, they’d send us to #mitigate, or spray. No one would go in em except us.All would be good after that
I’d charge a $100-$150 and add to my bill. They all thought easy peasy.
What product was she using? We had an apartment complex hire Genny to spray door knobs and intercom 3 days a week at the beginning then cut back to two till a few weeks ago.
$125 a trip only 6 2 story Buildings took 45 minutes round trip.
Every door handle is tarnished bad now. The stuff destroyed a bunch of desks and tables at another place we clean. We see damage everywhere we go from disinfectant use.
Lysol. But she was told not to wipe it off. Just spray and go.What product was she using?
We don't have any damage and have been doing door handles, push bars, railings for over a year now.
