How many man/woman hours does it take to clean the average 2 bedrooms apartments and how many hours for the carpet cleaning?
I remember the days when we did these in the ghetto for around $100.00 total to do the cleaning and the carpets!
sometimes it took us all damn day to do one apartment! The inspections were crazy, right down to cleaning the light fixtures! I dont miss this work at all! These days, I don't think I would touch one of them for less than $500.00 and of course they would never pay that.
