I'm tired of having to buy new half inch or inch check valves for my wands when the only item that needs to be replaced is the one cent broken spring inside. Does anyone have a source for proper springs that will work in these check valves?

I have Cobb solvent protector I want to use on freshly cleaned carpet. How dry does the carpet need to be before applying the solvent protector?

And, I have a customer who would like the fluorescence removed, even temporarily, from cleaned urine spots in her carpet. I've heard for years that such products exist but have never seen them. What are they, who manufactures them, how are they used and where can they be purchased?

Take out the check valves and just install an inline filter.
And for that pet issue always tell the client up front that the after glow ( If they decide to use their own black light) will still be there after you clean. Has to do with a form of fiber damage or dying of the fiber.

Don't waste your money on other chems that just might not work.

An inline filter will stop the jets from dripping?
She's aware of the glow after cleaning, but for whatever reason perhaps known only to her, she'd still like to make the glow go away. Is there a product to do that?

Throw the springs out along with everything else replace your soft touch if it drips.

You could let her know that urine spots that are treated are whitish untreated illuminate yellow and for 5-6 k, you can make them all go away.

The Solvent Protector can be applied to damp or dry carpet.

Best solution to the florescence issue is buy a "purple" LED light and give it to her.

Florescence can be removed by strong Oxidizer AND a strong UV light.

It would take one of these to do it relatively quickly:

I think we have a few springs for check valves, but I'd have to look.

Didn't know the springs were breaking Richard usually they loose their spring not break but then again most people don't open them up and inspect them. :) I will make a call and see if I can get the springs I should be able to...
