If they could just make it with a 2 inch tube so we don't have to switch cuffs. This is what I use. 10 inch coverage, weighs 3 or 4 lbs max.

Yes I have one I don't use. PM me if you are wanting it. i am across the water from youAnyone selling a ti wand
You wouldn't run 2 inch to your upholstery tool, would you?
Just stick the 1.5 cuff in your 2" cuff..The sapphire tool(upholstery) has a ten foot whip hose 1.5", I have to unscrew the 2" cuff and put on a reducer to use it. Take 20 seconds, kinda dumb and a pain...

That adapter looks like it does just the opposite. It looks like it connects a 2" tool to a 1.5" hose. And doesn't the Sapphire tool hook to either size hose? Mine does.
Hey Ron, how long is your 1.5" hose?Maybe you guys should think about using a 1.5 in wand. I went to a 2in for a while and found that my drying times were not noticeably different. If your lucky, maybe 1/2-1hr better. It wasn't worth the hassle of fighting with the hose, particularly in tight areas. As you get older and get more aches and pains, you appreciate ease of use over increased drying times. I see the benefit on tools like the zipper and rotary tools but as for wanding, I'll stick with my 1.5 and switch to my upholstery/edging/stair tool with ease, thanks.
I don't have to switch cuffs for any tool. I fix an adapter which enlarges the tube and the connector fits right on. My 1.5" stair wand go straight into my 2" vac. I put a permanent 1 1/2" to 2" rubber coupler on then Joes fitting. If they could just make it with a 2 inch tube so we don't have to switch cuffs.
I found a couple of these in my garage and tried them out - it was miserable, was constantly wanting to come off, had to adjust it all the time... The part that goes on the wand doesnt seem long enough to stay in place, I had to grip it while cleaning to hold it in place.
sick fooker. I'm not eating lunch with you tomorrow.Hey Ron, how long is your 1.5" hose?
Not what I'm using. The only tool I still have left that needs an adaptor is my stair tool. I glued the correct hose cuff on it first then the outside diameter is 2". All my tools have Joes 2" starter. My hose has the female on the end. I tried the male straight over the tube but it locked down so hard you couldn't get it off.I found a couple of these in my garage and tried them out - it was miserable, was constantly wanting to come off, had to adjust it all the time... Yes the SS upholstery tool does hook to either 1.5" inside the hose connector - 2" hose slips over the connector...
