A 2inch s-bend stair tool seems like it's going to be pretty heavy. I don't think it is going to make too much difference in dry times from a 1-1/2 inch. My favorite is a medium long handle with 2 jets and splash guards. I find I can stand mostly upright when cleaning, except for the bottom stair. I do a lot of stairs sometime when I do apartment common areas. Sometimes 3 stairwells of 30-40 stairs each.I need a stair tool!!
Are the no name wand people going to be there? Looking for a 2" S bend stair tool..
I read somewhere else that it was a contest. I thought that was the stupidest thing if they were right. I'd love to test other tools like that. But I would hate to leave with a sore back and a 5th place piece of paperThis is not a contest. Simply a platform to try out tools and techniques on.
Dispite what other forum owners are crying about...

But will I get a cool patch also? You should charge 400 bucks to be a TWGCCF certified stair tech.
You set it up just an upholstery tool. Have the appropriate hose with the right cuff attachment already attached to the stair tool. Doesn't matter if you use 2in all the way, just have the whip on the tool. You wouldn't run 2 inch to your upholstery tool, would you?I've been wanting one for a while now... The wand is killing my shoulder/elbows!
A 1.5 would be fine if I didn't have to switch cuffs every time I use it.
A Prochem long handle stair tool weighs 5.2 pounds.. My 2" ti stair tool with a glide and extenders is 8.4.. I'll take 3 pounds for double coverage..A 2inch s-bend stair tool seems like it's going to be pretty heavy. I don't think it is going to make too much difference in dry times from a 1-1/2 inch. Me? I never sleep. You're not in bed yet? O' I forgot, you don't need sleep or you can't sleep before a flight.
I have a couple. I had to bring two bags, my first was going to be overweight. LOLBring a light jacket for the evenings.

I tried. But somehow it just kept getting heavier. LOLWe are packing light... Baggage fees are stupid...
I agree with you about the Prochem tool. I have one and never use it. I use what I believe is a Pmf long handled stair tool with 2 jets and splash guards. I haven't weighed it but it is pretty light. I have a custom made s bend somewhere but I find it heavy and the s bend is unnecessary. I wouldn't mind a Saiger swivel but I would like splash guards.A Prochem long handle stair tool weighs 5.2 pounds.. My 2" ti stair tool with a glide and extenders is 8.4.. I would also like to try that stair tool Saiger uses, I like the swivel..
Prochem stair tools are horrible, either of them!! Keeping your back straight is the most important thing.
