Call your clients Friday and next week, thank them, and simply wish them a Happy New Year. No special offers, no discounts, no selling allowed. In our emotional-based industry it's the little things that say you care that count the most and set you apart from the crowd.

Happy New Year everybody and thanks for contributing in 2008. May 2009 be your best year ever!
