How many rolls of sticky tabs do your guys leave at jobs per year?
Seems like we are always buying new rolls.
Do you guys make employees pay to replace?

good question..

My guys and me take off what we need, stick them to our shirts and leave the roll in the truck.

Sticky Tabs are the best! Great value, but that $15 roll of tape gets expensive when you start leaving them behind.

Damn it! That reminds me, I need to buy some more. I keep leaving them in customer's homes. I have a big job tomorrow and need to move furniture. ugh, this is not good.

Right pretty frustrating when you need them at the next job. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the end of a roll.

Yet another reason to work alone. I hardly ever lose anything...like, hose hooks last me YEARS.

Then I get some help on the truck...

what I find strange is that no one calls you to tell you that you forgot them...

I guess they think they scored a free roll of packing tape or something...

We old timers tried them but they are too labor intensive. Prefer the old fashioned cardboard tabs. Faster, easier, cheaper at least for us.

I can't get to the supply store before it opens for my next job. I guess I'm going to hack it out with ziplock bags.

It seems obvious, but establish a depot near the door. Put down a clean moving blanket and park your vacuum, spotting gear, chemicals and other equipment on it.

Make it a habit. Make the elves adopt the habit. Then make them do a slow walk through after every job.

But you will still leave something now and then.

I never found them to be that terrific. Don't know if I got a bad batch without a lot of adhesive but I had a lot of difficulty getting them to stay on.
