Strange pattern in carpet

Hi guys:

When a carpet leaves the mill production line, it has bookoo loose "staple" fibers, and these things are not as apparent with them in place.

Also those LINES that almost look like "corn rowing", appears to me as J cuts. What do you think other inspectors? J cuts also do not show up well until all the loose staples are vacuumed out. As an Inpsector, I usually don't point out things that the consumer is happy with. But those lines would drive me crazy. I would suggest putting in for an independant inspection, for 2 types defects.

I agree. A lot of defects take time to show themselves. They cant be found at initial inspection. I get mad when I find a carpet with about 1/2 the latex that should be present and have absolutely no tuft bind or bundle wrap encapsalation. A lot of customers have bad carpet and don't even know it.
