Strip n Wax hardwood?

I have a customer that wants their salons floors stripped and waxed, it's half tile and grout, the rest hardwood.
The last guy that did it ( every 3 months) just slopped some kind of stripper on to the tile & wood (used the same stuff for both) scrubbed it with some kind of pad, squeegeed it all out the front door, then applied the wax, just like you would with VCT. ( all as described by the customer )

Can you treat wood like VCT?? These wood floors look nice, and I'm worried I could screw them up, this is a long time customer that's just saying " go for it! " despite my concerns...

You can hit it with a 120 grit sanding screen on your 175 then use slam dunk from ultra chem labs. It will look like a basketball court.

Ashley this was a scuff and wax as demanded by the customer, came out nice but I didn't keep the acct because they didn't want to pay the price. So I'm not sure how it wore.View attachment 2044
