I priced it by time since it was an entry, under 3 hours of work for $500, as you can see on the after pic, those high ridges had to be touched up with paint stripper and acetone after I took the picture

Nice job, what stripper did you use, if you don't mind me asking.

Not Me for $500...If I'm there for 3 hours, thats at least $1300...I would call that "restoration" work...Especially on nasty slate tile! However, if you got nothing better to do, take it...Good Luck!

Well good for you...I work off referals and hard work, I like your video where you spray down 6 inch porcelian countertops with 1/16 groutlines with a HydroForce with no protection on the countertops/walls with disco music, I guess that is your market though, where there's lots of money and dipshits that will pay over $400 an hour

I guess the spraying of hot steam ruins everything, BTW the house was vacant, and believe me, nothing ever gets ruined...If you like working for peanuts, you must be an elephant...NOT ME! And BTW, i work off referrals and Hard Work, but I use my brains and work effectively and efficiently in a 1.5 hour time frame...Go Figure...
