Who holds it?
No one person or company "hosts" SummerFest.
The SummerFest Committee plans and puts on SummerFest with A LOT of help from MANY.
It is in a different location every year.

I heard it may be in Atlanta...
Location has not been chosen yet (nor have dates been set). Atlanta is one of several nominated locations.
Trying to preplan I would make that one fer sure.
