I have been dealing with this service company for over a year.... sometimes I can't figure them out..

I have good things to say about my account manager, but some of the other folks im not real sure about. But it seems to be a good company.

Just want some others feed back...

So what kind of deal is it? They get a job and sub the work out to you?

I have a friend that did work like that for some company. They paid him slave wages and took forever to pay him. If he needed to be paid within 30 days, they deducted something like 10%. He had to supply his own chems and floor finishes and they only paid like .10 to strip and finish VCT.

They are a propert maintenance company for stores like gap, best buy and such. We oviously dont make that much. But the volume adds up.. After we work for the whole month, i turn in an invoice and they pay out 45 days after they receive my invoice. so i have to work a whole month, then turn in the invoice and wait 45 plus days. but they pay so its ok

We do alright with them. You can negotiate a better price. Lots of hoops, but my wife does that.
