Two suppliers I order from, both dropped the ball getting my orders out. :? good thing I start ordering stuff ahead of time incase this stuff happens, just crazy it happens back to back with two different companies. Ah the luck.

If you try one more company and the same thing happens, I'd fire the person calling in the order........

I've had that problem lately. I called to make an order last week...my rep was on the line with another customer, so I left a message. Never got a call back, so I ordered online from another supplier and had my stuff next day.
