Switching from propane to heat exchanger.

Anybody dumped their propane heat (little giant 2ht/3ht) and went with a heat exchanger from Cobb or John's Custom Machine?

Heat drop/increase?

can't help with your question, only HX'er expereince i have is with liquid/coolant transfer type

what keeps dangerous heat spikes from happening if you set the wand down for any length of time?

and how would one do any water damage/flood extraction?
