We had a student housing place at a local university drive some carpet cleaners crazy with that one. The kids ride their bikes up and down the halls, and everywhere the braked, it burnt.

A lot of solvent based spotters got wasted at that place until a cleaner caught the little .....(insert whatever pejorative term you want for a good for nothing adolescent here)...started doing it while he was there.
