the Cimex and Procyon Extreme cleaner.

I finally got the chance to use the Procyon Extreme cleaner I won in the raffle and the Cimex I bought in Florida-- I was impressed. I used both on some very dirty area rugs in the plant.

The increased agitation really helps and also conserves water.-- yes we flushed the rugs but used less water.

John you're new to Encapping...Make darn sure you tell/warn the customer to use a beater bar vacuum for the next two or three cleanings.

Good encapsulants will leave a white powdery residue that will look like dandruff on the surface if only a back pack beater-less vacuum is used.

Mickey-- I used the Procyon as a HWE prespray.
I flushed the rug w garden hose of water, then extracted using the Zipper and Dry Eze Rover.

How long was the garden hose and what's the inner diameter of it?

On a serious note, how do you like using the Rover on rugs? I assume on wool you'd run it over the back? I use my Zipper to extract pit washed rugs also.. Front, back and front again...

I use the rover on the front also w no problem.. The trick is to figure out where best to transfer your weight when the rug starts to bunch up. The rover removes more water then just the zipper alone. The Rover is time Consuming but I like it better then Randy hyde's Armenian Centrifuge.
I don't have the space for a real centrifuge.
