Wow...it is kinda loud.

The worst part of that little demo (besides the 100% duty cycle on the wand trigger) is that is a DD wand, meaning it has TWO vacuum slots, as in twice the grab on the carpet, so you are dead on with the weak vacuum, ain't no way a guy could one hand that UN-glided wand if it had some reasonable vacuum. Betcha that waste tank has two vacuum relief valves set at 10"hg.

Yep, the dd is pita to move on gcd or anything for that matter.

Every Ace I see, even the big 860, is pulling 9-11hg's. To be fair, he was cleaning 1 floor lower than the van.

Even after putting a new silencer on the Vortex 6008,it is still louder.You might not have heard all the vac loss from the wand.
