What would a step by step manual for every technician level task be worth? People with employees, or hoping to have employees only need respond.
Product specific, step by step instructions for spotting, steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, VLM cleaning, urine treatments etc. Could you put a $ amount on the training time saved by you & your employee? What would it be worth for you to "not have to write it all down" or tell your technicians time after time how you want it done, can you put a price on guaranteed uniform results no matter who goes out to service the client?
